I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic and virtual rehab coach who mainly works with ADHD and Autistic adults — and welcomes all neurodivergent folks, including those with OCD, depression, and other brain differences. Together we manage chronic pain, rehab injuries, and build sustainable exercise routines that actually fit your life.
Evidence-based · Virtual · Trauma-informed
You don't need more willpower. You need an approach that actually fits you.
This is the Move With Your Brain approach.
Evidence-based musculoskeletal care from a Doctor of Chiropractic — adapted for the virtual space. We address what actually hurts and why.
Sustainable routines built around your executive function, sensory profile, and energy — not a template designed for a neurotypical nervous system.
We find the unmet needs draining your daily capacity and build the supports that give you more energy for what actually matters.
Movement and pain concerns aren't limited to the spine. Through my virtual coaching, I support people navigating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck pain, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, foot pain, wrist pain, and more.
Research consistently supports movement and lifestyle changes as important tools for improving pain and function. This is a big part of why I transitioned to virtual coaching. Hands-on care can have a place, but lasting change requires you to be actively involved in the process and supported in building strategies that work in your actual life.
My virtual coaching services are educational and coaching-based and are not a substitute for medical or chiropractic care, diagnosis, or treatment.
While I am a musculoskeletal rehabilitation expert, I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist. My understanding of neurocomplexity is informed by lived experience, professional experience, ongoing education, and independent research, but it is not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric assessment or treatment.
My focus is on understanding your lived experience—not evaluating or diagnosing it—and creating a plan that works with your brain and body.

I'm Dr. Rachel Whyte (she/they), an evidence-based Doctor of Chiropractic and musculoskeletal expert. I'm also AuDHD myself, so my work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
After years in clinical practice, I moved my work fully virtual to focus on what traditional rehab often misses: the neurodivergent brain and nervous system. I primarily support ADHD and Autistic adults, but welcome all neurodivergent folks, including those with OCD, depression, and beyond. I'm also committed to creating a safe, affirming space for queer and LGBTQ+ folks.
Before chiropractic school, I studied kinesiology and adapted physical activity. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, from competitive dance to weightlifting. It has been my medicine, my joy, and one of the ways I regulate my nervous system. Movement is where I feel most like myself. I know firsthand how transformative the right kind of movement can be, and I love helping others discover that for themselves.
I spent years working hands-on as a chiropractor until my body forced me to stop. After years of unmet neurodivergent needs, deep autistic burnout, and chronic health challenges, I walked out of work barely able to use my hands and never went back. I spent months on medical leave in debilitating pain, grieving both my body and the career I had built.
With support, coaching, and a lot of learning, my life eventually changed completely. I'm still learning but I now understand myself and my body in a way I never did before.
That's why I do this work. I don't want anyone to have to reach burnout or debilitating pain before they finally learn how to support themselves.
I combine clinical rehab with neuroaffirming lifestyle coaching to help my clients build movement, capacity, and a life that actually works with their brain and body.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me lifting weights, hiking, dancing recreationally, or spending time in nature and water. I'm an avid fantasy reader and have a longstanding special interest in human psychology. I'm also very attached to my dog, Moose, a mini poodle rescue who I co-parent with my best friend.
There is zero space here for ableism, autistiphobia, homophobia, racism, transphobia, or misogyny. My coaching is neuroaffirming — which means I respect neurodivergence as a natural difference, not a deficit to fix. I work with your brain, not against it.
You don't have to perform, hide, or shrink here. I prioritize creating space where you can drop the mask and be fully yourself — because real change happens when you're honest about who you are and what you need.
I show up truthfully and compassionately. No performative positivity, no hidden agendas — just real talk and real care.
I stand up for my clients and my principles, even when it's uncomfortable. Advocacy is part of the work.
Safety comes first — physical, emotional, and neurological. Boundaries protect both of us so the work stays sustainable.
I want you to know your own needs and ask for them — and I believe what you focus on grows.
This is a 3-month Foundations Program because meaningful change takes time. While everyone's journey is different, most people need at least three months of consistent practice to begin seeing lasting changes in their pain, movement, habits, and capacity. By the end, some people feel confident continuing on their own, while others choose to progress into Phase 2: Stability for ongoing support as they continue building on those foundations.
The result? Less pain, better function, and more freedom to do the things you love. More confidence in your body and the ability to find joy in movement again — without constantly pushing yourself into dysregulation or burnout. A deeper understanding of yourself, your brain, and what you actually need to thrive — so you can stop constantly fighting against yourself and start making choices that genuinely support you. Less guessing, second-guessing, and starting over, and more clarity and confidence in knowing how to support your body. Less all-or-nothing thinking and boom-bust cycles, and more consistency, sustainable pacing, and the ability to keep moving forward without constantly burning yourself out.
