Who we are
Move With Your Brain ("we," "us," "our") provides neuroaffirming rehab and exercise coaching, along with free educational resources like the Neurodivergent Movement Audit. This policy explains what information we collect through movewithyourbrain.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at dr.whyte.dc@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your email address, when you sign up to receive a free resource (like the Movement Audit workbook) or join our mailing list.
- Information you share when booking a call through our scheduling tool (Calendly), such as your name and email.
- Any information you share with us directly by email or through coaching intake forms, if you become a client.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data (like pages visited and general location by IP) may be collected automatically through our website hosting and analytics tools, to help us understand how people use the Site.
We do not collect payment information through this Site directly; if you enroll in coaching, payment is handled through a separate, secure platform.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the free resource you requested (e.g., email you a link to download the workbook)
- Send occasional emails about neuroaffirming movement coaching, tips, and offerings, if you've opted in
- Respond to questions you send us directly
- Schedule and manage discovery calls or coaching sessions
- Improve the Site and our resources over time
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where your information is stored
Email addresses submitted through our free resources are stored securely using Supabase, a database and hosting provider. This information is kept private and is not publicly accessible on the Site.
If you book a call with us, that information is handled by Calendly, according to Calendly's own privacy policy.
As our mailing list grows, we may migrate stored emails to a dedicated email marketing platform (such as Kit) to send newsletters and updates. If we do, your information will continue to be handled according to this policy and that platform's applicable terms.
Cookies and analytics
Our Site may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site traffic and improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the Site function.

Not medical advice
The Movement Audit, workbook, and related content are educational only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your own healthcare provider before starting any new movement practice. Submitting your email or quiz responses to us does not create a doctor-patient or coach-client relationship.
