Neuroaffirming Movement Program.
This is a 3-month Foundations Program because meaningful change takes time. While everyone's journey is different, most people need at least three months of consistent practice to begin seeing lasting changes in their pain, movement, habits, and capacity. By the end, some people feel confident continuing on their own, while others choose to progress into Phase 2: Stability for ongoing support as they continue building on those foundations.
- •Custom Neuroaffirming Workout Plan & RoutineA personalized movement routine and custom workouts designed around your body, movement patterns, current injuries, and goals—built with your fluctuating capacity in mind so you make progress without the rigidity of traditional plans.
- •Virtual Sessions & Unlimited CommunicationYour journey begins with a 1-hour evaluation and includes 6 live 30-minute Zoom sessions, plus unlimited in-app messaging so you have expert support whenever you need it.
- •Identifying Needs & Optimizing CapacityWe identify unmet needs and the sensory or environmental factors draining your capacity, then make personalized changes to support your nervous system and expand your daily energy.
- •Executive Function ManagementPersonalized tools, strategies, and support to reduce the mental load of building routines, navigate executive dysfunction, and create systems that make movement and daily life more manageable.
The result? Less pain, better function, and more freedom to do the things you love. More confidence in your body and the ability to find joy in movement again — without constantly pushing yourself into dysregulation or burnout. A deeper understanding of yourself, your brain, and what you actually need to thrive — so you can stop constantly fighting against yourself and start making choices that genuinely support you. Less guessing, second-guessing, and starting over, and more clarity and confidence in knowing how to support your body. Less all-or-nothing thinking and boom-bust cycles, and more consistency, sustainable pacing, and the ability to keep moving forward without constantly burning yourself out.

- Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
- No. If you identify as neurodivergent — diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out — you're welcome here.
- Is this real chiropractic care?
- I'm a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, but this is a virtual coaching and rehab program — not in-person adjustments. My clinical training is the foundation of how I assess and program movement.
- What if I can't stick to routines?
- That's exactly what this program is built for. We design plans around your actual capacity, executive function, and sensory needs — not around what a neurotypical body would tolerate.
- How much time does it take each week?
- We'll build something that fits your life. Most clients spend one weekly coaching session with me plus a movement practice sized to their current capacity.
- Do you work with hypermobility?
- Yes. Hypermobility and joint instability are common among neurodivergent people, and hypermobility rehabilitation is a core part of my work. We build graded strength and control around the joints that need it, at a pace your body and nervous system can tolerate.
- Can virtual rehab coaching really help chronic pain?
- Yes. Most of what changes chronic pain is education, graded exposure, load management, sleep, stress, and consistency — all of which work well online. Virtual exercise therapy also removes travel, waiting rooms, and sensory-heavy clinics, which makes it far easier to stay consistent.
- What if I'm in autistic burnout or have very low capacity?
- We start where you actually are. Sessions and movement are scaled to your current capacity, with rest and pacing built in, so recovery doesn't depend on pushing through.
- Where do you work with clients?
- Coaching is fully virtual, so I work with clients across Canada and internationally over Zoom and in-app messaging.
