Move With Your Brain | Neuroaffirming Rehab & Exercise Coaching
About me

A clinician who gets it.

I'm Dr. Rachel Whyte (she/they), an evidence-based musculoskeletal expert, Doctor of Chiropractic, and AuDHD person. My work is shaped by both clinical expertise and lived experience.

After years in practice, I moved fully virtual to focus on what traditional rehab often misses: the neurodivergent brain, nervous system, and the unique barriers that impact movement and health. I primarily support ADHD and Autistic adults, while welcoming all neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks into a safe, affirming space.

With a background in kinesiology and adapted physical activity, movement has always been a major part of my life — from competitive dance to weightlifting. It has been my medicine, my joy, and one of the ways I connect with myself. I know firsthand how transformative the right kind of movement can be.

After years of pushing through unmet needs, burnout, and chronic health challenges, I stepped away from hands-on practice and began rebuilding my approach to movement, recovery, and self-support.

Through support, coaching, and learning how to truly work with my brain and body, my life changed. That experience shaped my mission: helping others build sustainable movement habits, manage pain, and create lives that actually work with their brain and body — before they reach burnout.

I combine evidence-based rehab with neuroaffirming coaching to help clients build strength, capacity, and a healthier relationship with movement.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me lifting weights, hiking, dancing recreationally, or spending time in nature and water. I'm an avid fantasy reader and have a longstanding special interest in human psychology. I'm also very attached to my dog, Moose, a mini poodle rescue who I co-parent with my best friend.
