What I help with.

And more

Movement and pain concerns extend far beyond the spine. Through 1:1 virtual coaching, I support people navigating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns — including neck and back pain, as well as injuries and pain affecting the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, feet, and more.

While rehab and exercise are important tools for improving pain, function, and confidence in your body, lasting change requires understanding the bigger picture. Together, we explore your unique needs, including the needs that may be going unmet as a neurodivergent person, and identify accommodations and strategies that help you work with your brain and body instead of against them.

By combining evidence-based rehab with neuroaffirming coaching, we build sustainable movement habits, improve your capacity, and create a life that better supports what matters most to you — so you have more energy and space for more than just getting through the day.

My virtual coaching services are educational and coaching-based and are not a substitute for medical, chiropractic, psychological, or psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment.

As a musculoskeletal rehabilitation expert, my role is to support you in understanding your body, movement, and lived experience — not to diagnose or assess neurodevelopmental or mental health conditions. My approach is informed by clinical experience, lived experience, ongoing education, and research.
